Rejection of Applicant:

If an applicant is rejected for enrollment by the institute, a full refund of course fee paid will be made to the applicant.

Program Cancellation:

If the institute cancels a program subsequent to a student’s enrollment, the institute will refund the fees paid by the student for the program.

Cancellation Prior to the start of Class or No Show:

If an applicant accepted by the institution cancels prior to the start of scheduled classes or never attends class (no-show), the institute will refund a maximum of 50% of course fee. If paid fees are less than half of the total course fee, they will not be entitled for refund.

Cancellation after the start of class:

If the student cancels the course after attending the first class, they will not be entitled to any refund of the fee already paid.

If for some unforeseen reason, the institute cancels the course either before or after the class, full refund will be issued to the student.

Rescheduling & No Show for Long Period

In case of no prior communication or proof explaining the reason for cancellation orabsence, the class shall not be rescheduled. If the student does not attend the class for 3 months from the registration date, then the registration itself will be cancelled by the institute.

Validity of Registration

The registration is valid for six months only. In case of any extension required in the program, the candidate needs to get prior approval via email or formal letter from the institute; else the registration get auto cancelled.
